"You may have had the expectations and judgements of you throughout your life. You have suppressed your own true feelings and beliefs to be accepted. This may have worked so far, but there has been a shift and your feelings may now be difficult to contain.
My belief in your innate ability to know your best solutions allows me to offer you a good and safe place to explore your feelings without interruption, supporting you to build greater trust in yourself, raise your self-awareness, build your self-esteem, increase your motivation and help to rebuild yourself foundations with your own beliefs and values.
If you are seeking a warm, caring and compassionate therapist, receptive and open-minded, I am here when you are ready to take the next brave step. You have already taken the first one."

"Working as a qualified BACP registered, a person-centred therapist, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you, the client, will feel able to reflect on your experiences, voice your thoughts, feelings, anxieties and concerns.
Together, in the therapeutic relationship, we can explore the impact these have on your everyday life and support you in processing and identifying areas of difficulty and support you in moving forward with improved coping mechanisms."
About
Our counsellors work in a Person-Centred Therapy approach. Person Centred Therapy, (PCT), is also known as Person-Centred Psychotherapy, Person Centred Counselling, Client Centred Therapy & Rogerian Psychotherapy. PCT is a form of talking therapy developed by psychologist Carl Rogers.
The goal is to provide you with an opportunity to develop a sense of self wherein you can understand your attitudes, feelings and behaviour to help you find your true potential. In this technique, your therapist creates a comfortable, non-judgemental environment by demonstrating authenticity, empathy and unconditional positive regard towards you in a non-directive approach. You will gain insight and the ability to develop your own solutions to your problems.
